NK training emphasizes positive behavior, respect for others and personal responsibility. Children can become highly skilled martial artists and many earn the black belt rank and higher. Belt rank must be earned…it is not handed out. True self esteem comes from real accomplishment. NK training develops self-confidence, improves physical fitness and helps youth have more success in school. NK children are leaders. Students learn perseverance. NK students do not give up easily.
